  • You can exchange or return any product within 7 days of delivery in an unused condition.
  • DIBO does not offer any cash refunds. In case of Return, you can either exchange the product or request for a credit note with the same amount (net of delivery charges if applicable) having a validity of 6 months. 
  • In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The footwear sent back will undergo and inspection by the quality assurance team. If the good returned back to do match the photo sent, the damage to the item is caused at the customers end, and if the quality assurance team is not satisfied with the returned footwear, the footwear will not be accepted and will have to be returned back to the customer at their expense. No credit note will be issued in that case. (In certain situation, the quality check may take place at the location of the customer by the delivery agent who is skilled to do a preliminary check and a video check as taken by the delivery agent.)
  • Discounted products/Footwear on Sale/Clearance Sale footwear can only be exchanged for size if the customer care team has been notified within 48 hours of delivery. There is no exchange or refund in any other case. (Items on sale may have small defects and the same will not be considered as damaged footwear; the final decision will be taken by the quality assurance team.)
  • If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours. The quality assurance team may request you to send over a photos or videos of the said defect for internal checks. Only if a product has a manufacturing defect as accepted by the quality assurance team and the defect is notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, will we replace the product.
  • To be eligible for replacement/return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging, if the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used, and we will not accept the return.
  • Please note, it takes 72 hours for return pickups to take place. We will ship your exchange pair once the pickup is done. The new pair will reach you within 7 working days.
  • For any return of a footwear, the Credit note will be issued only once we receive the product back to our warehouse and a quality check is completed and approved.
  • Defects arising from physical damage or overuse will not be eligible for a Refund/Exchange.
  • Kindly note, refunds (in case of a defect) are processed within 15 days once we receive the product back to our warehouse and it is checked. You any issue with regards to the refund, you can kindly get in touch with us on our Email ID - accounts@dibofashion.com
  • Shipping charges of Rs. 150/- may be charged to the customer where the return is due to no fault of DIBO.
  • We request you to coordinate directly with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.

 

Usage of DIBO Credit Note: 

  • Credit Notes issued can be applied on the DIBO website at the checkout page.

  • At the time of checkout, the customer will have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'

  • The credit will automatically reflect and the amount of the credit note will be deducted from the total payable amount.

  • The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
