SHIPPING POLICY
India
We at DIBO know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.
- Depending on the availability of the footwear and your location, the orders usually get fulfilled within 7 working days from confirmation of your order. Delivery of the footwear could vary due to external issues out of DIBO’s control.
- FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases.
- If any order is lost in transit, they amount shall be fully refunded to you or the same order will be re-dispatched to you as per your choice. No additional shipping charges will be charged to you in such a scenario.
- In a situation where the order is above Rs. 2000/- and the paid or shoe is returned by you due to no fault of DIBO, at the time of exchange or issuance of Credit Note, the deliver charges of Rs. 150/- will be charged to you by either sending a link for payment of the amount or by deduction from the Credit Note.
- COD Orders: Three attempts will be made to confirm the dispatch of the order by our delivery agents, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will marked be as cancelled.
- The courier partner may contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, maximum of three attempts (depending on your location) will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse. In a scenario where the courier partner is not able to connect with you, the shipping charges will not be reversed.
- You will be provided a tracking ID on your registered email ID and/or mobile no. You can track the same on the link made available on the email or message received.
- If a product appears to be available when you place your order and is Out of Stock due to some error or defect, we will notify you via mail/message/Whatsapp at the earliest, indicating that the order will not be fulfilled; the order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the amount paid for the same. In the case of a bulk order and only one or more footwear is out of stock, only part order will be cancelled and the refund will be issued only against the footwear not available.

We accept all international credit / debit cards and bank transfers. This is the best and easiest way of payments. Unfortunately for international shipments, there are no other payment options available.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment shall be solely responsible for such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. DIBO will not be responsible for any additional payments.
